Our office staff prides itself in their ability to provide all patients, whether seeing Dr. Knight or Dr. Sanders for an initial consultation or for a postoperative visit, a comfortable and pleasant environment during a time which can be very stressful. Our caring attitude and genuine concern for patients is second-to-none. Appointments are scheduled so that patients rarely have to wait to see the doctors. It is recommended that new patients arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient forms. To save time, new patients have the option of downloading the forms above, and filling them out ahead of time. Although our knowledgeable staff often assists patients with questions about different procedures, every new patient sees Dr. Knight or Dr. Sanders during their initial consultation. The doctor often spends up to 30 to 45 minutes with new patients and welcomes the inclusion of a friend of family member during the consultation.
The office is equipped with up-to-date educational brochures and videotapes on all procedures. Our staff is happy to mail out any procedural brochures and prospective patients are welcome to come by the office without an appointment and at no charge to visit with the staff, pick up brochures, view videotapes, or look over before and after photographs of our patients. All preoperative and postoperative photographs are taken digitally and put on the computer, and patients receive a printed copy during their final visit. Patient confidentiality and privacy is strictly maintained at all times. |
