Payment is due in full prior to surgery. All fees quoted are inclusive packages and include the doctor's services, all preoperative and postoperative visits, supplies, anesthesia services and facility charges. All quotes are firm and are valid for six months from the date of the initial visit. In order for us to establish your health condition prior to surgery, you may be requested to have specific lab work, EKG or x-rays. These charges may not be included in your quotation. While we continually strive for perfection, you must realize that no result is perfect. Occasionally, “touch up” or secondary procedures are desired by the patient or advised by the doctor. In most cases there will be no surgeon's fee for secondary procedures during the first year. If revisionary surgery is required within one year, the patient usually will be charged only for the facility, supplies and anesthesia. After one year, any surgery will be charged as a new procedure. The Knight and Sanders office staff is happy to send you a cost analysis customized to your needs.
Discounts A multiple procedure discount on the doctor's portion of the total fee is applied to any secondary procedures. The facility fee and anesthesia fees for secondary procedures are discounted 50%. Payment can be received in the form of cash, cashier's check or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER) payments.
